In 2011and 2012 the Widener Law Journal published a series of 18 articles on the contribution of the Commonwealth Court to various areas of Pennsylvania jurisprudence since 1970. Two articles dealt with the creation of the Commonwealth Court and other articles dealt with such diverse areas as workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation, original jurisdiction cases, tax law, eminent domain law, procedural due process, and public utility law.

Over 25 attorneys volunteered to contribute to these articles and the Vice Dean at Widener Law School along with the editors of the Widener Law Journal were very helpful with the publication efforts.
