Fortieth Anniversary

The Commonwealth Court was created in 1970 as a result of the Constitutional Convention of 1967-68. The Court was expanded to nine judges in 1977.

In 2000, the Court celebrated its 30th Anniversary with over 200 people attending a dinner in Harrisburg.
