The Commonwealth Court originally occupied the top floor of this building; the South Office Building (renamed the K. Leroy Irvis Office Building). The Court later also occupied the fifth floor and part of the fourth floor. In 2009, the Court moved one block north to the Pennsylvania Judicial Center on Commonwealth Avenue.
